About Us
Who we are...
We are a family of 5, growing 3 daughters and a great variety of nutrient dense food. We are transitioning from a successful family business in construction, to what we hope will be a successful family farm. As we transition to the farm, we are keeping our tiny cow herd with us at our long time residence at Snoqualmie Pass. Our cows are from a breed who has braved the slopes of the French Alps for centuries, and these girls seem right at home here amongst the snow and the mountains, they are cozily tucked into a small manger and corral.
When the grass is ready for cows, we will move the herd to our farm in northeast Washington.
Our Farm
Story
We are new to farming, bringing passion where our knowledge is limited and growing minute-by-minute into an ever widening circle of bio-dynamic, regenerative life.
We are a small 24 acre farm just east of Lake Roosevelt.
We are inspired by the work of Allan Savory, Joel Salatin, Gabe Brown, Nicole Masters, Jim Gerrish, and Wendell Berry.
We hope that you will join us in the bounty of our beautiful farm.
Artemis - Goddess of the Hunt
Our farm is located just outside the tiny town of Hunters, WA. Throughout the farm, growing in wild abundance, is Artemis's favorite herb Artemisia Absinthium - commonly know as wormwood.
In addition to her favorite herb dotting our property, Artemis is the goddess of the hunt and we are in Hunters. She is also known as the goddess of wild animals, wilderness, and childbirth. She is a protector of young girls and is know to relieve disease in women. She is the goddess who grants strength and health to others.

We feel that Artemis Dairy is a good fit for our farm here in Hunters, WA.
